We offer a full suite of travel services including flights, hotel bookings, visa assistance, curated travel packages, and corporate travel management solutions. Our Platform also provides API integrations for developers who wish to connect or extend Geotravels’ services within their own systems.

We operate from Nigeria, collaborating with reputable airlines, hotels, embassies, and service providers globally to ensure reliability, transparency, and convenience for every traveler.

Eligibility

To use the Geotravels Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Possess the legal authority to enter into and be bound by these Terms;
• Be willing to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and legitimate bookings; and
• Make reservations only for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

By creating an account or making a booking, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful, and that you understand and accept the responsibilities of these Terms.

Account Registration

• Provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information during sign-up;
• Keep your login credentials confidential;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account; and
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Geotravels reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, show signs of fraud, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

Restrictions on Use

You may view, download, or print materials from the Geotravels website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. However, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our website or services without written consent;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data;
• Use the Platform to transmit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; or
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.

Service Coverage

Geotravels provides travel-related services across multiple destinations. However, travel to certain countries or regions may involve additional risks such as political instability, weather disruptions, or entry restrictions.

By booking through Geotravels, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and you agree that Geotravels shall not be liable for incidents, delays, or losses resulting from external conditions beyond our control, including natural disasters, airline issues, or government regulations.

Payments

All payments for bookings, visa applications, and related services must be made directly through the Geotravels Platform. We partner with trusted payment processors like Flutterwave to handle transactions securely.

By completing a transaction, you authorize Geotravels and its payment partners to process payments on your behalf. Once confirmed, the transaction will appear in your Geotravels account.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Geotravels is not responsible for payment failures due to insufficient funds, network errors, or issues with your payment provider;
• Certain payments may attract processing or convenience fees disclosed before checkout;
• Payments must be made in full before a service can be confirmed.

Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier adjustments, and availability.

A booking is only valid upon successful payment and confirmation from the relevant service provider.

If a service becomes unavailable after payment, Geotravels will contact you with alternatives or process a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Modifications

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the individual policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers. Geotravels acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate communication between you and these providers but cannot alter or guarantee refund outcomes.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method once approved by the provider;
• Non-refundable or promotional bookings may not qualify for refunds;
• Administrative or processing fees from payment gateways are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend reviewing each provider’s cancellation and refund policy prior to completing your booking.

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all travel and entry requirements, including valid passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations. Geotravels may assist with visa processing but does not guarantee approvals or issuance of travel documents.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or penalties arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or missing travel documentation.

Corporate Accounts

Corporate users enjoy tailored features such as centralized billing, managed approvals, and travel analytics. The company or organization is responsible for all actions taken under its account and for ensuring that employees or agents comply with these Terms.

We may request verification documents or agreements before enabling corporate features or privileges.

Developer Access and API Usage

Developers can integrate Geotravels’ APIs to build travel-related solutions. By accessing our APIs, you agree to use them only for authorized purposes and in compliance with all data protection and usage limits.

Geotravels may suspend or terminate API access without notice in cases of misuse, excessive usage, or security concerns.

User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Use Geotravels lawfully and respectfully;
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations;
• Refrain from distributing false or misleading information; and
• Follow all applicable local and international travel regulations.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, trademarks, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Geotravels or our partners. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute content without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may lead to termination of your access and possible legal action.

Travel Disclaimer and Liability

While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, Geotravels provides its services “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that our Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Geotravels shall not be held responsible for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, embassies);
• Delays, cancellations, or loss of baggage;
• Injuries, damages, or losses occurring during travel; or
• Events beyond our control, including natural disasters or political instability.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

Termination and Suspension

Geotravels reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without prior notice, particularly in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or
• Actions that compromise the Platform’s integrity or user experience.

Termination does not limit our right to pursue damages or enforceable remedies under applicable law.

Privacy

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
